Tamale City locked horns with Debibi United for a spot in the Ghana Premier League next season after Port City and Ashantigold 04 had already secured qualification.
Tamale City who had already played in the Ghana Premier League had high hopes of securing qualification into the GPL ahead of Debibi United.
Tamale City took an early from courtesy Victory Kodom in the 18th minute as he found the back of the net after Debibi United failed to clear their lines.
However first half hat trick from Kwadwo Antwi, was enough to give Debibi United to needed victory to secure qualification into the Ghana premier league ahead of the 2026/2027 season.
