Daniel Gaspar has officially been appointed as goalkeepers’ trainer for Ghana ahead of the 2026 FIFA World Cup.
The Portuguese specialist reunites with head coach Carlos Queiroz, continuing a partnership that has lasted over three decades across clubs and national teams.
Gaspar, a respected figure in goalkeeping development, previously worked with the Portuguese national team in the 1990s and again between 2009–2010. His arrival strengthens Ghana’s technical bench as preparations intensify for the Mundial.
